There are two VERY EASY ways to listen to show.

1. Do you have iTunes?

Just go to the sports category of the podcast section in the Music Store and click "subscribe."  THAT'S IT!

2. Do you have the internet? (Don't answer that)

Listen to a streaming version of the show at the blog: www.joshandmichael.blogspot.com.  THAT'S IT!
